The details of this battle have been lost. The most that anyone remembers is that the Star Fleet force was very poorly handled. The Federation battleship and scout escaped only because the two destroyers sacrificed themselves. Even so, the battleship was very heavily damaged. Klingon losses are not known, but did not include their battleship.
